Perhaps you're wondering who Ralkana is. She was a "female member of the Alsaurian resistance movement on a Delta Quadrant planet governed by the heavy-handed Mokra Order. Ralkana was killed while trying to rescue her mother from prison. Ralkana's father, Caylem, never quite accepted her death and once mistakenly believed Captain Janeway to be his daughter." From the sound of things, she was brave and dearly loved, and she looked like Kathryn Janeway. Who wouldn't want to be her?
